What to do when there’s too much day at the end of your nap?

Often times, when babies drop their late afternoon nap – (that last little catnap of the day, that usually happens between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m.), it can be a bit of a long stretch for them to get all the way through to bedtime.

Sometimes, especially just as your baby begins to drop this nap it can still be a long stretch even though making bedtime earlier (as early at 6pm).

Here’s what else you can do in order to keep your baby as happy as possible while they go through this transitional phase.
